My story
I strongly believe that education and self-actualization,in all their forms, are essential for every person's growth and evolution. Fate has guided my path, and since 2006 I have been coordinating continuing education programs.
I have always felt that my purpose is to encourage people on their journey of self-discovery and professional development, so I followed my heart with complete confidence. The greatest professional joy I have ever felt was in those moments when the people I guided expressed their gratitude for the positive changes they experienced in their lives.
Over time, I realized that encouragement alone was not enough, that something more was needed. I searched for different ways to support people, and eventually, I found the answer within me.A personal trauma became the starting point of my own journey of healing, self-discovery, and transformation. I continued my studies in psychology, integrative psychotherapy and neuroscience to gain more resources to support those who resonate with my story and seek support.
Through my own life experiences, I have learned how important it is to have someone who stands beside you and encourages you, no matter the challenges you face. From the bottom of my heart, I want to be that source of support and energy for those who choose to take a step toward me. I hope to inspire and guide them through their own journey, a journey that is both challenging and rewarding - the path of self-discovery.

My mission
I whole heartedly believe that my mission is to help people to reconnect with their inner light, that authentic self that holds all the resources they need to live a life filled with peace, purpose, and fulfilment. I see myself as a guide that accompanies people in their self-discovery, healing, and becoming processes, helping them reconnect with who they truly are.

Experience
Alongside my academic and professional background, the personal experiences I have gained over the years have deepened my nature as someone who genuinely loves and understands people. These experiences are essential to my mission to guide others rediscover their authentic selves and live a life with joy and gratitude.
The Journey
My children, Sara and Aris, are the ones who changed my life, from being a trauma survivor into a winner who learned, through a long process of healing, what love, happiness, confidence, gratitude, support, faith, vulnerability, empathy, compassion, assertiveness, and freedom truly mean.
From a place of happiness and enthusiasm, I want to share with others everything that has helped me along my own journey of self-discovery, healing, and becoming.

The Hibiscus Flower
The hibiscus flower represents me the best, because as Jiddu Krishnamurti said in"Freedom from the Known", „Love is like a flower that offers its fragrance; we can smell it or pass it by indifferently. The flower is there for everyone, but especially for those who make the effort to savor its fragrance and gaze upon it with delight. Whether we are near or far from the flower, it continues to spread its sweet fragrance around for everyone.”
"Your vision will become clearer only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakens." Carl Jung
